the people of the Westerosi System have seen better days - the Hand of the King has been murdered, there are tremors of war throughout the system, and after the system goes through a second hand in as many years, North declares themselves in all out rebellion against Crownland. 

to make matters worse, there’s talk brought by traders and freighters from the Essos System that an ancient evil has been been called back from beyond the grave by a girl Queen, the last remaning member of an exiled Westerosi family. 

there’s war in the sky, whispers of aliens across the hyperspace lanes, and turmoil among the seven small planets that orbit the red dwarf star Westeros.
